Ingrediants:

Few drops food coloring
1 tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping
STIR food coloring into whipped topping until evenly tinted.

Note from Lizzy:

When using to frost cupcakes, spoon 2 Tbsp. of the frosting onto each cupcake, then swirl gently with a knife.
